10:13. Main brake cylinder
Removal
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. On some models for improvement of access pick up the air supply phone to the air filter. |
| 2. Remove a stopper from a tank of the main brake cylinder, the filter and pump out liquid from a tank. Disconnect the electric socket from the sensor of level of brake fluid. |
| 3. Remove a bracket of fastening and take from a tank with brake fluid a fastening pin. Remove a tank from the main brake cylinder and take sealing rings from windows of the main brake cylinder. If sealing rings have defects, they need to be replaced. |
| 4. Purify dirt of junctions of brake tubes to the main brake cylinder, enclose rags under places of connections to collect the flowed-out brake fluid. Unscrew nuts of fastening of brake tubes to the main brake cylinder. |
| 5. Unscrew 2 nuts of fastening of the main brake cylinder to the vacuum amplifier of brakes. Take the main brake cylinder from a motor compartment. |

Repair
Repair of the main brake cylinder can be made only in the presence of a repair kit of details.
At repair of the main brake cylinder pay attention to an arrangement of all elements repeatedly to establish them on the places.
At assembly of the main brake cylinder grease all details and sealing rings with pure brake fluid.
You make repair of the main brake cylinder according to the instruction attached to a repair kit of details.
Installation
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Before installation of the main brake cylinder into place check distance from the end of a pusher of the vacuum amplifier to the interfaced surface of the main brake cylinder which has to make 22,3±0,1 mm. |
| 2. Remove all traces of dirt from the interfaced surfaces of the main brake cylinder and vacuum amplifier of brakes and check that the sealing ring correct is established in a back part of the main brake cylinder. |
| 3. Install the main brake cylinder on the vacuum amplifier so that the pusher of the vacuum amplifier entered an opening of the main brake cylinder precisely on the center. Screw nuts of fastening of the brake cylinder on the vacuum amplifier and tighten them the required moment. |
| 4. Clear couplings of brake tubes and install them in the main brake cylinder. Screw connecting nuts the required moment. |
| 5. Establish sealing rings in windows of the main brake cylinder and install a tank with brake fluid on the brake cylinder. Fix a tank by a pin and a bracket of fastening. |
| 6. Fill a tank with new brake fluid and remove air from the brake system. |
