3.1.16. Replacement of consolidations of a bent shaft

PERFORMANCE ORDER
Right consolidation of the crankshaft
1. Remove a pulley of the crankshaft and a gear belt of the drive. Measure consolidation installation depth.
2. Drill two small openings located in the opposite ends of consolidation in consolidation. Screw in two self-cutting screws in the drilled openings of consolidation and, using flat-nose pliers, extend a sealing ring for heads of screws.
3. Clear a consolidation nest.
4. Oil pure engine working edges of a new sealing ring and install it on the crankshaft. Working edges of a new sealing ring have to be directed inside.
5. Using the corresponding mandrel, press a sealing ring into a nest on depth equal to depth of installation of an old sealing ring.
6. Remove all traces of engine oil and establish a crankshaft pulley.

7. Remove a flywheel. Measure depth of installation of a sealing ring in a nest.
8. Drill two small openings located in the opposite ends of consolidation in consolidation. Screw in two self-cutting screws in the drilled openings of consolidation and, using flat-nose pliers, extend a sealing ring for heads of screws.
9. Clear a consolidation nest.
10. Oil pure engine working edges of a new sealing ring and install it on the crankshaft. Working edges of a new sealing ring have to be directed inside.
11. Using the corresponding mandrel press a sealing ring into a nest on depth equal to depth of installation of an old sealing ring.
12. Remove all traces of engine oil and establish a flywheel.
