4.10. Elements of system of heating
CONTROL UNIT
Removal
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Disconnect the negative plug of the accumulator. |
|
2. Unscrew fastening screws (are specified by shooters) and take the control unit from the panel. |
| 3. From the back party of the control unit release clips and disconnect cables of management from the block. |
|
4. Disconnect electric sockets from the block and completely remove the control unit. |
|
Installation
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| Installation is made in the sequence, the return to removal. Check that cable of management were established strictly on the places. Check operation of the control unit before installation to the place of the radio receiver. |

CABLES OF MANAGEMENT
Removal
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Remove cables of management from the control unit. |
| 2. Working through an opening in the panel or under the panel disconnect brackets and the corresponding cable from a heater. |
|
Installation
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| Installation is made in the sequence, the return to removal. Check that cables of management were correctly placed. |
|
HEATER RADIATOR
Prevention
At installation to the place of a radiator of a heater new sealing rings have to be used.
Removal
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Merge cooling liquid from the cooling system. Serially press hoses of a supply of cooling liquid to a heater radiator near a partition of a motor compartment. |
| 2. Remove a steering column. Unscrew bolts of fastening and remove a suspension bracket of support of the panel for the best access to a heater radiator. |
| 3. Install the corresponding container under a heater radiator. Unscrew a bolt of fastening and remove pipes of a supply of cooling liquid to a radiator. Wait until the remains of cooling liquid flow down in a container. |

4. Unscrew bolts of fastening of pipes. |
|
5. Replace ring consolidations (are specified by shooters) on the ends of pipes. |
|
|
| 6. Unscrew fastening bolts (are specified by shooters) a radiator of a heater and nominate him from a nest. |
|
Installation
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
Installation is made in the sequence of the return to removal, considering the next moments:
– establish new ring consolidations on pipes;
– move a heater radiator into place and connect to pipes. Remove clips from hoses;
– fill the cooling system with cooling liquid. |

HEATER FAN ENGINE
Removal
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. The engine of the fan of a heater is located on the right side under the forward panel. |
| 2. Disconnect the negative plug of the accumulator. Remove fastening brackets from the panel basis from the passenger. If necessary remove a ware box. |
|
3. Remove the electric socket from the engine and take a plait of wires from a bracket. |
|
4. Unscrew bolts of fastening of the engine and take the fan from a casing. |
|
Installation
Installation is made in the sequence, the return to removal.
CONTROL UNIT OF THE HEATER FAN ENGINE
Removal
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Remove the heater fan. |
|
2. Take the condensing ring of a plait of wires from the fan basis. Disconnect the socket from the fan and remove a plait of wires. |
|
|
|
| 3. Disconnect brackets of fastening (arrow) and separate the engine from a cover. |
|
4. Unscrew screws of fastening (arrow) and remove the control unit of the engine from a cover. |

Installation
Installation is made in the sequence, the return to removal.
