4.8. Water pump

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Merge cooling liquid from the cooling system. 2. Take off a gear belt. 3. Unscrew fastening bolts, remove the water pump from the engine together with laying. Remove laying from the pump.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Clear the interfaced surfaces on the pump and the engine. Establish new laying. Install the pump on the engine and fix by bolts. 2. Establish a gear belt. 3. Fill in cooling liquid in the cooling system.
