14.4. Coupling

There is no resistance when pressing a pedal of coupling:

 – the mechanism of adjustment of a cable (coupling with the hummock drive) is faulty;
 – the hydraulic system of switching off of coupling (coupling with the hydraulic drive) is faulty;
 – the bearing or a fork of switching off of coupling is broken;
 – the diaphragm spring in a press clutch plate is broken.

Coupling is constantly included:

 – the coupling adjustment mechanism (coupling with the hummock drive) is faulty;
 – the hydraulic system of the drive of coupling is faulty;
 – the clutch plate on vents of an entrance shaft of the transmission is jammed;
 – continuous contact of a clutch plate with a flywheel or press disk;
 – wrong assembly of a press disk;
 – the coupling switching off mechanism is worn-out.

Coupling pro-slipping:

 – the mechanism of adjustment of a cable (coupling with the hummock drive) is faulty;
 – the hydraulic system of the drive of coupling is faulty;
 – excessive wear of overlays of a clutch plate;
 – overlays of a clutch plate are polluted by oil or lubricant;
 – the disk or a weak diaphragm spring is faulty press.

Intensive vibration at coupling inclusion:

 – overlays of a clutch plate are polluted by oil or lubricant;
 – excessive wear of overlays of a clutch plate;
 – the disk or a diaphragm spring is deformed press;
 – wear of support of the engine or transmission;
 – wear of shlits of an entrance shaft of the transmission or nave of a clutch plate.

Noise during the pressing or an otpuskaniye of a pedal of coupling:

 – the release bearing is worn-out;
 – coupling pedal plugs are worn-out;
 – the disk is incorrectly built press;
 – the diaphragm spring of a press disk is broken;
 – the clutch plate damper spring is broken.
