14.5. Mechanical transmission
Extraneous noise in neutral position of the transmission:
– are worn-out the bearing of an entrance shaft (noise is heard at the released coupling pedal);
– the release bearing of coupling is worn-out.
Noise at inclusion only of one transfer:
– teeths of a gear wheel of one transfer are worn-out or damaged.
Gear shifting is complicated:
– coupling damage;
– drafts of gear shifting are worn-out or damaged;
– drafts of gear shifting are incorrectly adjusted;
– synchronizers are worn-out.
Knocking-out of transfers:
– draft of gear shifting is worn-out or damaged;
– drafts of gear shifting are incorrectly adjusted;
– synchronizers are worn-out;
– forks of inclusion of transfers are worn-out.
Vibration:
– low level of oil;
– wear of bearings.
Oil leak:
– wear of sealing rings of differential;
– wear of consolidation of an entrance shaft.
