Removal
ENGINES 1.9 LITRES

| Top forward casing |
| 1. Unscrew the screw of fastening and remove a casing from the engine. |
| Top back casing |
| 2. Remove a forward casing, unscrew bolts of fastening and remove a back casing. |
| Lower casing |
| 3. Remove a pulley of a bent shaft. |
| 4. Remove both top casings. |
| 5. Unscrew bolts of fastening and remove the lower casing. |

ENGINES 2.0 LITRES

| Top casing |
|
1. Unscrew the fastening bolt (is specified by an arrow) located in the center of a casing. |
|
2. Turn the top connector on a quarter of a turn clockwise to remove blocking. |
| 3. Remove the top casing from the engine. |
| Central casing |
| 4. Take off an auxiliary driving belt. |
|
5. Unscrew two bolts and remove the central casing closing a pulley of the fuel pump. |
| Lower casing |
| 6. Remove a pulley of a bent shaft. |
| 7. Remove the right suspension bracket of the power unit. |
| 8. Remove the top central casings. |
|
9. Unscrew bolts of fastening and remove the lower casing. |

Installation
Installation is made in the sequence, the return to removal.
