3.2.6. Casing of a gear belt

Removal

ENGINES 1.9 LITRES

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Top forward casing

1. Unscrew the screw of fastening and remove a casing from the engine.

Top back casing

2. Remove a forward casing, unscrew bolts of fastening and remove a back casing.

Lower casing

3. Remove a pulley of a bent shaft.

4. Remove both top casings.

5. Unscrew bolts of fastening and remove the lower casing.

ENGINES 2.0 LITRES

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Top casing
	1. Unscrew the fastening bolt (is specified by an arrow) located in the center of a casing.
	2. Turn the top connector on a quarter of a turn clockwise to remove blocking.
3. Remove the top casing from the engine.
Central casing
4. Take off an auxiliary driving belt.
	5. Unscrew two bolts and remove the central casing closing a pulley of the fuel pump.
Lower casing
6. Remove a pulley of a bent shaft.
7. Remove the right suspension bracket of the power unit.
8. Remove the top central casings.
	9. Unscrew bolts of fastening and remove the lower casing.

Installation

Installation is made in the sequence, the return to removal.
