| 1. Disconnect the negative plug from the accumulator. |
| 2. Merge cooling liquid from the cooling system. |
| 3. Remove inlet and final collectors. Alternatively remove an inlet collector, unscrew fastening of a final collector and disconnect it from a head. In this case the final collector can remain on the place together with a turbocompressor. |
| 4. Remove inlet and final collectors. Alternatively remove an inlet collector, unscrew fastening of a final collector and disconnect it from a head. In this case the final collector can remain on the place together with a turbocompressor. |
| 5. Fix a collector with a turbocompressor as appropriate. At the same time do not allow deformation of the tube bringing oil to a turbocompressor. |
| 6. Disconnect and remove hoses of return of fuel from fuel nozzles. |
| 7. Disconnect pipelines of supply of fuel from fuel nozzles and the fuel pump of high pressure and remove pipelines. |
| 8. Unscrew a nut of fastening and remove a glow plug food wire. |
| 9. Remove a hose of cooling liquid from the back left end of a head of the block of cylinders. |
| 10. Disconnect a small hose of cooling liquid from the forward end of a head of the block of cylinders from a gear belt. |
| 11. Take a fuel returnable hose from suspension brackets on a head of the block of cylinders and displace aside. |
| 12. Remove an accelerator cable from the fuel pump of high pressure. |
| 13. Remove the case of the fuel filter / thermostat. |
| 14. Unscrew a nut or a rack of fastening of a suspension bracket of a hose of cooling liquid and move a suspension bracket to the end of a head of the block of cylinders. |
| 15. Remove a camshaft pulley. |
| 16. Remove the mechanism of a tension of a gear belt and the right engine mount. |
| 17. Shoot the directing video of a gear belt. |
| 18. Unscrew a bolt of fastening of a forward plate of the engine to a suspension bracket of installation of the fuel pump of high pressure. |
| 19. Unscrew a nut and a bolt of fastening of a suspension bracket of the generator and fuel pump of high pressure and remove a forward plate of the engine. |
| 20. Gradually unscrew bolts of a krpepleniye of a head of the block of cylinders as it should be, the return shown on rice. Sequence of tightening of bolts of fastening of a head of the block of cylinders. |
| 21. Take bolts together with washers. |

22. For separation of a head from the block of cylinders establish in openings under bolts two steel cores bent at right angle and, pressing them up and down, separate a head from the block of cylinders. Do not separate a head from the block of cylinders, inserting between the interfaced surfaces the lever since it can damage laying and the interfaced surfaces on a head and the block of cylinders. |
| 23. Remove a head from the block of cylinders and laying. |
