5.1.13. Inlet collector
Removal
OF THE 1.6 LITRES MODELS
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Disconnect the negative plug of the accumulator. |
| 2. Remove the air filter. |
| 3. Remove an accelerator cable from the drive of a butterfly valve and disconnect fastenings of a cover of a cable. |
| 4. Unscrew two bolts of fastening of an arm of an electrical wiring to the top part of a collector and move an arm with wires and hoses aside. |
| 5. Release brackets and remove sockets from four fuel nozzles. |
| 6. Remove the giving and returnable fuel hoses from a collector. |
| 7. Weaken collars and remove a hose of the vacuum amplifier of brakes and a hose of ventilation of a case from the top part of a collector. If necessary mark hoses. |
| 8. Unscrew nuts of fastening of a collector and take a collector from a motor compartment. Remove two laying of a collector. |

LITRE ENGINES 1.8 AND 2.0
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Disconnect the negative plug of the accumulator. |
| 2. Remove the case of throttles, the fuel highway and nozzles. |
| 3. Weaken collars and remove a hose of the vacuum amplifier of brakes and a hose of ventilation of a case from the top part of a collector. If necessary mark hoses. |
| 4. Where it is used, unscrew a bolt of fastening of a pipe of the measuring instrument of level of oil to a collector. |
| 5. Unscrew the nuts and bolts fixing a collector to a head of the block of cylinders and take a collector from a motor compartment. Remove laying of a collector. |

Installation
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Installation is made in the sequence, the return to removal. |
2. Consider the next moments:
– clear the interfaced surfaces of a collector and a head of the block of cylinders of traces of old laying. Establish new laying and a collector;
– check that earlier removed hoses are established on the places;
– adjust an accelerator cable. |
