8.1.6. Backing lamp switch

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Inclusion of a lamp of a backing is made by the switch of plunger type which is screwed in in the top part of a case of the transmission. If the lamp of a backing does not join, first of all check integrity of the fuse.
2. To check the switch, remove the case of the air filter and disconnect the electric socket from the switch. Using the voltmeter, check resistance between contacts of the switch at the switched-on reverse gear. Resistance has to be equal to zero. Otherwise the switch is subject to replacement.

Removal
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the case of the air filter.
2. Disconnect the electric socket from the switch (it is specified by an arrow), then unscrew the switch with a sealing washer from the transmission.

Installation
PERFORMANCE ORDER
Install a new sealing washer on the switch, screw in the switch in a transmission case the required moment. Connect the electric socket and check operation of the switch. Establish earlier removed details.
