1. Lift a forward part of the car and record on supports. Remove the corresponding forward wheel and a mudguard from under the engine. |
2. Merge oil from the transmission. |
3. On the models equipped with ABS remove the sensor located on a suspension bracket. |
4. Unscrew a nut of fastening of the spherical hinge to a nave and remove the spherical hinge from the lower lever. |

5. Weaken two nuts of bolts of fastening of the intermediate bearing, then turn bolts on 90 ° so that their heads were displaced from an external ring of bearings. |
6. Take away a nave of a forward wheel from the car, having extended at the same time the intermediate bearing from an installation suspension bracket. |
7. When the power shaft is taken from differential, remove dustproof consolidation from the inside of a power shaft, noting the place of its installation, and support a power shaft not to damage the hinge of equal angular speeds or a protective cover of the hinge. |

8. Using the big screw-driver, take a sealing ring from differential. |

9. Carefully clear a nest of a sealing ring, then fill deepening between working edges of a new sealing ring lubricant. Establish a new sealing ring into place, using the corresponding tubular mandrel. |

10. If the sealing ring is supplied with the protective plastic plug, also install it before installation of a power shaft. |
11. Clear vents of a power shaft, grease with a thin layer of lubricant working edges of a sealing ring and a vent of a power shaft. |
12. Establish dustproof consolidation on a power shaft. |
13. Combine internal vents of a power shaft with semi-axial gear wheels of differential so that not to damage a sealing ring, then level the intermediate bearing with a suspension bracket of installation and finalize a power shaft. |
14. Check that the intermediate bearing is correctly installed, then turn fastening bolts on 90 ° back so that their heads were established against an external ring of the bearing, and tighten fastening nuts the required moment. |
15. Connect the lower spherical hinge to the lower lever. Establish a new nut of fastening of the spherical hinge and tighten the required moment. |
16. Install the ABS sensor. |
17. Establish a wheel and a mudguard. Lower the car on the earth. |
18. Add oil in the transmission to the required level. |
Left sealing ring |
19. Take away the left nave from the car and take the internal end of a power shaft from differential, trying not to damage a sealing ring of a power shaft. Support a power shaft not to damage the hinge of equal angular speeds or a protective cover of the hinge. |
BE3 transmission |
20. Using the big screw-driver, take a sealing ring from differential. |
22. Carefully clear a nest of a sealing ring, then fill deepening between working edges of a new sealing ring lubricant. Establish a new sealing ring into place, using the corresponding tubular mandrel (see above). If the sealing ring is supplied with the protective plastic plug, also install it before installation of a power shaft. |

24. Unscrew a bolt with a differential plate of fastening of the bearing and remove by means of the lever a sealing ring from a plate. Also remove a sealing ring of round section. Clear a plate and fill space between working edges of a new sealing ring lubricant. Establish a new sealing ring, using the corresponding tubular mandrel. Establish a new sealing ring of round section and install a plate on the transmission. |
25. Combine vents of a power shaft with vents of a semi-axial gear wheel of differential and insert a power shaft into place so that not to damage a sealing ring. |
26. Connect the lower spherical hinge to the lower lever. Establish a new nut of fastening of the spherical hinge and tighten the required moment. Install the ABS sensor. Establish a wheel and a mudguard. Lower the car on the earth. Add oil in the transmission to the required level. |
