Removal
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Remove a suspension bracket and an auxiliary driving belt. |
2. Support the engine by a jack through wooden whetstone. |
3. Unscrew two bolts of fastening and remove a suspension bracket element from the engine. |
4. Combine adjusting openings in pulleys of a cam-shaft, the fuel pump and a flywheel and record them bolts and cores. |
5. Weaken a nut of a point of turn of the mechanism of a tension of a gear belt and an adjusting bolt, then turn a tension mechanism suspension bracket counterclockwise until the adjusting bolt does not appear in the middle of a groove, and tighten it. |
6. Note the direction of the movement of a gear belt and remove it from pulleys. |

7. Manufacture the tool to squeeze a tension mechanism plunger in an installation suspension bracket. The special tool is intended for installation in two lower openings under suspension bracket bolts. |

8. Unscrew two lower bolts of fastening of a suspension bracket and install the special tool. Grease the internal surface of the tool to exclude any damage of an end face of a plunger. Unscrew a nut of a point of turn and an adjusting bolt and remove tension mechanism knot. |
9. Unscrew two remained bolts of fastening of a suspension bracket and remove a suspension bracket. |
10. Press a tension mechanism plunger into a suspension bracket, remove the special tool and take a plunger and a spring. |
