Removal
1.9 LITRES ENGINES
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Remove an inlet collector. |
2. Remove a turbocharger. |
3. On some models unscrew a bolt from a flange of a reception exhaust pipe. |
4. Unscrew six nuts of fastening of a final collector. |
5. Remove a final collector from a head of the block of cylinders together with laying. |
6. Screw in the hairpins unscrewed from a head of the block of cylinders when unscrewing nuts after removal of a collector back. |

2.1 LITRES ENGINES
Prevention
Due to the insufficiency of the place for removal of a final collector on the engine installed in the car it is necessary to remove the power unit previously.
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Remove the power unit. |

2. Remove a screw clip of fastening of a flexible part of an EGR pipe to a collector. |
3. Unscrew a connecting nut and remove the bringing oil pipe from the top part of a turbocharger. |

4. Unscrew two bolts and disconnect a flange of a returnable oil pipeline (A) from a turbocharger (In – a bolt of fastening of a suspension bracket). |
5. Unscrew a turbocharger suspension bracket bolt. |
6. Unscrew nuts of fastening of a collector and remove a collector with a turbocharger. |

Installation
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Installation is made in the sequence, the return to removal. |
2. Consider the next moments: – at installation replace all laying; – on the 1.9 liters engines establish a turbocharger and a final collector; – on the 2.1 liters engines fix an EGR pipe by a special screw clip; – on the 2.1 liters engines install the power unit. |
