10.8. Back brake disk
Check
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Lift a back part of the car and record on supports. |
2. Remove the corresponding back wheel. |
3. Examine a disk as it is described in subsection 10.7. |

Removal
PERFORMANCE ORDER |

1. Take a brake hose from the bracket of fastening located on a forward part of a nave. |
|
2. Unscrew a bolt of fastening of a support. |
|
3. Remove a protective head from the directing plug. |
|
4. Unscrew a bolt of fastening of the directing pin. |
|
5. Remove a support from a brake disk and, using a soft wire, tie him to a suspension bracket spring. At the same time do not bend and do not stretch a brake hose. |
|
6. Using chalk or paint, note a disk arrangement concerning a nave. Unscrew the screws fixing a disk to a nave (are specified by shooters). |
|
7. Check that the emergency brake is completely released, and remove a brake disk from the car. If the disk is still clamped by brake shoes in spite of the fact that the emergency brake is released, unscrew the regulator of the emergency brake. |

Installation
Before installation of a wheel adjust blocks of the emergency brake.

1. Installation is made in the sequence, the return to removal. |
2. Check that working surfaces of a brake disk and a nave pure and are not deformed. |
3. Combine earlier made tags. |
4. Use solvent for removal of a protective film from a disk. |

5. Clear a carving for bolts of fastening of a support and the directing finger and cover them with means against unscrewing. |
6. Establish a wheel and lower the car. Several times press a brake pedal that brake shoes were established into position. |
