13.7. Devices of external lighting
Prevention
Before removal of devices of lighting remove the negative plug from the accumulator.
Removal and installation
HEADLIGHTS
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
|
|
1. Open a cowl and remove connectors of fastening of a front grille. |
|
|
2. By means of the screw-driver disconnect brackets of fastening and remove a lattice. |
|
3. Unscrew nuts of fastening of a casing of the fan to the cowl lock. Unscrew bolts (are specified by shooters) fastenings of the lock of a cowl and disconnect from it a cable. |
|
4. Disconnect a cable from the lock of a cowl and remove the lock. |
|
5. From under a wheel arch by means of the small screw-driver remove a cap for access to a spring of fixing of a headlight. |
|
6. By means of flat-nose pliers or a special core disconnect a spring of fixing of a headlight to a car body. |
|
7. Unscrew 3 bolts of fastening of a headlight. |
|
|
| 8. Disconnect the electric socket (a photo at the left) and take a headlight (a photo on the right). |
|
9. On the cars equipped with the proofreader of light of headlights remove the proofreader's engine from a back part of a headlight, turning it counterclockwise. |

10. Being careful, disconnect the spherical hinge from a back part of a reflector of a headlight. |
| 11. Installation is made in the sequence, the return to removal. |
|
FOG LIGHT
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Lift a forward part of the car and record on supports. Unscrew screws and remove plastic protection from the lower part of a fog light. |
|
|
2. Disconnect the electric socket and unscrew the lower screw of fastening of a headlight. |
| |
3. Disconnect the top fixing spring and take a headlight from the lower forward part of a bumper. |
| 4. Installation is made in the sequence, the return to removal. |
|
5. For adjustment of light of a fog light, using a special key, turn the regulator on a back part of a headlight. If the plastic sheeting of the lower part of a headlight is removed, the regulator of light of a headlight can be turned a hand. |

BACK LAMP ON MODELS THE SEDAN (SALOON)
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Unscrew screws of fastening and remove back finishing of a luggage carrier. Take percussion caps and remove a back upholstery of a luggage carrier. On some models for access to the left back lamp unscrew a clip and remove office of storage. |

|
2. Release brackets and disconnect the electric socket from a back lamp. |
|
|
| 3. Unscrew nuts (a photo at the left) and remove a back lamp (a photo on the right). |
| 4. Installation is made in the sequence, the return to removal. |
|
BACK LAMP ON THE WING OF THE KOMBI (ESTATE) CAR
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
|
|
1. Uncover office of storage in a luggage compartment. |
| |
2. Remove a fastening bracket, disconnect the electric socket, unscrew a nut (it is specified by an arrow) fastenings and remove a back lamp from a car wing. |
| 3. Installation is made in the sequence, the return to removal. |
|
THE BACK LAMP LOCATED ON THE BACK DOOR OF THE KOMBI (ESTATE) CARS
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Open a back door and remove from it an upholstery. |
|
|
| 2. Release a bracket and disconnect the electric socket. Unscrew nuts (are specified by shooters a photo at the left) fastenings and remove a back lamp from a back door. |
| 3. Installation is made in the sequence, the return to removal. |
|
ADDITIONAL TOP STOPLIGHTS
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| Models sedan (Saloon) |
|
|
1. Using a curved core, insert it into lamp clamps, release brackets of fastening and pull a lamp down. |
| |
2. Shift a lamp back, release from guides, take from the car and disconnect the electric socket. |
| 3. Installation is made in the sequence, the return to removal. |
| Models of a komba (Estate) |
| |
4. Open a back door and remove screws (are specified by shooters) fastenings of a spoiler from the top part of a door. |
|
5. Remove a spoiler, disconnect the electric socket (1) and a hose (2) washers of back glass and take them from a back door (3 – screws of fastening additional a sling signal and a spoiler). |
| 6. Installation is made in the sequence, the return to removal. |

LAMP OF ILLUMINATION OF REGISTRATION PLATE

| 1. Take a lamp of illumination of registration plate from a rear bumper (a photo at the left) and disconnect the electric socket (a photo on the right). |
| 2. Installation is made in the sequence, the return to removal. |
| Models of a komba (Estate) |
| |
3. Open a back door, unscrew screws and remove the internal handle. Remove a decorative overlay of the internal button of the lock. Remove finishing of a back door. |
|
|
| 4. Disconnect the electric socket from a back part of a lamp (a photo at the left) and take a lamp from a back door (a photo on the right). |
| 5. Installation is made in the sequence, the return to removal. |
