12:12. Door upholstery

Prevention

The upholstery of a door can have changes depending on the level of finishing of salon. Therefore process of removal of an upholstery can differ from stated.

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the negative plug from the accumulator.
Forward door
2. Remove a decorative overlay of a mirror from an internal part of a door.
3. On models with a manual window regulator remove the handle about axes and laying.
4. Remove the switch from an armrest of a door and the loudspeaker from a door.
5. Remove the internal handle of opening of the lock of a door and by means of the screw-driver remove a decorative frame of the handle.
6. By means of the screw-driver remove a cap from the lower back part of an upholstery of a door (a photo at the left) and unscrew the fastening screw (a photo on the right).
7. Remove an upholstery and unscrew the screw fixing a reverse side of an armrest to a door.
8. In the presence uncover an armrest pocket, unscrew the fastening screw (a photo at the left) and remove an armrest pocket (a photo on the right).
9. In the presence unscrew the screw of fastening of the block of switches on a door upholstery.
10. Check that all screws of fastening of an upholstery of a door are unscrewed then by means of the lever separate an upholstery from a door (a photo at the left) and, moving an upholstery up, remove it from a door (a photo on the right).
Back door
11. The upholstery of a back door is removed as well as in a forward door.
12. Remove a decorative cap of the screw of fastening of an upholstery of a back door.
13. Unscrew screws (are specified by shooters) fastenings of an upholstery of a back door.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
Installation is made in the sequence, the return to removal. Check operation of all switches for doors.
