3.1.13. Oil pallet

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the negative plug from the accumulator.
2. Record back wheels, you ponimit a forward part of the car and record it on supports.
3. Merge engine oil.
4. In the presence remove the socket from the oil temperature sensor which is screwed in in the oil pallet.
5. Take off an auxiliary driving belt.
6. On models with the conditioner unscrew a bolt of fastening of the compressor to the pallet and fix by a soft wire the compressor on a body.
7. Gradually weaken and unscrew bolts of fastening of the pallet. Since bolts of fastening of the pallet have different length, it is necessary to spread out them so that at installation they got up on the places.
8. Blows of a palm separate the oil pallet from the block of cylinders. In the presence of laying remove it. At installation of the pallet use only new laying. At the removed pallet check the oil pump and a grid of an oil receiver.
9. On some models of engines the plate between the pallet and the block of cylinders is established. If it is necessary to remove a plate, unscrew two bolts of fastening which are located in diagonalno opposite corners of a plate.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Carefully clear the laying remains on the interfaced surfaces of the oil pallet and block of cylinders.
2. In the presence of a plate between the pallet and the block of cylinders clear from it the remains of laying and cover the top part of a plate with sealant. Install a plate on the block of cylinders and tighten fastening bolts.
3. On models where the oil pallet is installed directly on the block of cylinders, clear the interfaced surfaces and grease with a thin layer of sealant.
4. On models where the pallet is installed with laying, check that traces of old laying are removed, and the interfaced surfaces dry and pure. Install new laying on the pallet.
5. Install the pallet on the block of cylinders of the engine and evenly and consistently tighten it bolts.
6. On models with the conditioner screw the compressor on the pallet.
7. Establish an auxiliary driving belt and the regulator of pressure.
8. Connect the electric socket to the oil temperature sensor.
9. Lower the car, fill in oil in the engine and connect the negative plug to the accumulator.
