3.1.18. Suspension bracket of the power unit

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. For improvement of access to a suspension bracket of the power unit lift a forward part of the car and record on supports. 2. Check a condition of rubber elements of the engine for existence of cracks, aging and stratification. 3. Check reliability of fastening of engine mounts. 4. Moving the engine here and there, check a side play in engine mounts. New elements of a suspension bracket have to have an insignificant side play even.

Replacement

RIGHT SUSPENSION BRACKET

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Models of engines 1.6 liters 1. Disconnect the negative plug from the accumulator. Move hoses and an electrical wiring so that they did not interfere with removal of the right suspension bracket. 2. Establish a jack under the engine and through wooden whetstone raise the engine until all weight of the engine is not perceived by a jack. 3. Unscrew three nuts of fastening of the right suspension bracket to the engine and one nut of fastening to a rubber element of a suspension bracket. Unscrew a bolt of fastening of the top limiter of the right installation of a suspension bracket and four bolts of fastening of a suspension bracket to a body. 4. Remove a rubber pillow from a suspension bracket rack, unscrew a rack of a suspension bracket and remove it. 5. Check all elements of a suspension bracket for signs of wear and if necessary replace. 6. Establish a suspension bracket rack on a body and screw bolts, having tightened them the required moment. Dispose a suspension bracket to a head of the block of cylinders and fix it by bolts. 7. Install the limiter of the course and fix it by bolts. 8. Establish a rubber pillow on a rack of installation of a suspension bracket. 9. Put the clamps of fastening of a suspension bracket. 10. Remove a jack from under the engine and connect the accumulator plug. Models of engines 1.8 and 2.0 of liter 11. Disconnect the negative plug from the accumulator. Move hoses and an electrical wiring so that they did not interfere with removal the right suspension bracket. 12. Establish a jack under the engine and through wooden whetstone raise the engine until all weight of the engine is not perceived by a jack. 13. Unscrew two nuts and two bolts of fastening of the right suspension bracket to the engine. Unscrew a nut of fastening of a suspension bracket to a rubber element. 14. Unscrew a bolt of fastening of the top limiter of the course and four bolts of fastening of a suspension bracket to a body. 15. Remove a rubber pillow from an installation rack, unscrew a rack from a body and remove from the car. 16. Check all elements of a suspension bracket for signs of wear and if necessary replace. 17. Install a suspension bracket rack on the car and tighten fastening bolts. Place a suspension bracket on a forward part of a head of the block of cylinders and tighten bolts. 18. Install the limiter of the course and fix it by bolts. 19. Establish a rubber pillow on a rack of installation of a suspension bracket. 20. Put the clamps of fastening of a suspension bracket. Remove a jack from under the engine and connect the accumulator plug.

LEFT SUSPENSION BRACKET

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove the air filter. 2. Establish a jack under the engine and through wooden whetstone raise the engine until all weight of the engine is not perceived by a jack. 3. Unscrew the central nut of fastening of the left forward suspension bracket. Unscrew nuts of fastening of a suspension bracket and take it from a motor compartment. 4. If necessary unscrew a rack from the top part of the transmission. 5. Check all elements of a suspension bracket for signs of wear and if necessary replace. 6. Clear a carving part of installation and cover it with the structure interfering unscrewing. Establish a rack to the top part of the transmission and screw bolts. 7. Establish a rubber pillow, put bolts and the central clamp. Remove a jack. 8. Install the air filter and connect the negative plug of the accumulator.
