3.1.17. Flywheel

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Models with the mechanical transmission 1. Remove the transmission and coupling. 2. Record a flywheel from a provorachivaniye, having established a clamp on a gear wreath of a flywheel. 3. Unscrew bolts and remove a flywheel. In the presence of the directing pin take it and you store together with a flywheel. Bolts of fastening of a flywheel are always replaced with new. Models with the automatic transmission 4. Remove the transmission. Note a hydrotransformer arrangement in relation to a flywheel and weaken bolts of fastening of a flywheel. 5. Remove bolts of fastening of a flywheel together with the hydrotransformer and two laying. Pay attention that laying has various thickness, thicker is on the outer side of the hydrotransformer. 6. Remove a flywheel from the crankshaft. In the presence of the directing pin take it and you store together with a flywheel.

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. On models with the mechanical transmission check a flywheel for wear from coupling and a condition of teeths of a gear wreath. At wear of a gear wreath the flywheel is subject to replacement since the gear wreath is not delivered separately. 2. On models with the automatic transmission check a condition of the drive of the hydrotransformer and a gear wreath.

Installation

Models with the mechanical transmission 1. Clear the interfaced surfaces of a flywheel and the crankshaft. Remove the sealant remains from carving openings of the crankshaft, using a tap. 2. If the new bolts which are not covered with sealant are used, then before installation apply sealant on a carving part of bolts. 3. Establish the directing pin in a nest and establish a flywheel, having combined openings in a flywheel with the directing pin. 4. Record a flywheel from a provorachivaniye and screw in fastening bolts. 5. Establish coupling and remove a clamp of blocking of a flywheel. Install the transmission. Models with the automatic transmission 6. Clear the interfaced surfaces of a flywheel and the crankshaft. Remove the sealant remains from carving openings of the crankshaft, using a tap. If the new bolts which are not covered with sealant are used, then before installation apply sealant on a carving part of bolts. 7. Establish the directing pin in a nest and establish a flywheel, having combined openings in a flywheel with the directing pin. 8. Install the hydrotransformer drive with thinner laying placed behind the drive and thicker laying from outer side. Level it on the tags made at removal. 9. Establish new bolts of fastening and tighten them the corresponding moment. 10. Remove a clamp of blocking of a flywheel and install the transmission.
