3.1.4. Cover of a head of the block of cylinders

Removal
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the negative plug of the accumulator.
Models with an engine displacement of 1.6 liters
2. Weaken collars of fastening and remove air supply hoses from the forward right end of a cover of a head.
3. Remove the tubule connecting the air filter and a head of the block. Also remove an inlet branch pipe on the left side of a head cover.
4. Disconnect two brackets and unscrew two screws located in front and uncover the filter. Take the filtering element.
5. Evenly and gradually unscrew ten nuts (are specified by shooters) fastenings of a cover of a head of the block of cylinders.
6. Remove a cover together with rubber laying. Check laying for existence of defects and, if necessary, replace.
Models with the 1.8 and 2.0 liters engines
7. Remove the fuel highway and fuel nozzles.
8. Remove the electric socket on the left side of the ignition coil located in the center of a cover of a head of the block of cylinders. Unscrew six bolts of fastening and remove the ignition coil up.
9. Weaken collars and remove air supply hoses from the forward left side of a forward cover.
10. Consistently, on a spiral, outside inside, gradually weaken, and then unscrew and remove bolts of fastening of each cover of a head.
11. Uncover a head together with laying.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
Models of 1.6 liters
1. Establish rubber laying in a head cover flute, guaranteeing its correct arrangement.
2. Grease the external surface of laying with sealant.
3. Being careful, establish a head cover not to displace laying of a cover.
4. Check correctness of installation of laying. Evenly and gradually, in the specified sequence, tighten nuts of fastening of a cover of a head of the block of cylinders.
5. Establish the filtering element of the air filter and its cover. Repeatedly connect hoses of air supply and the inlet channel. Connect the negative plug of the accumulator.
Models with the 1.8 and 2.0 liters engines
6. Establish rubber laying in a head cover flute, guaranteeing its correct arrangement.
7. Being careful, establish a head cover not to displace laying of a cover.
8. Check correctness of installation of laying. Evenly and gradually, in the specified sequence, tighten nuts of fastening of a cover of a head of the block of cylinders.
9. Connect air supply hoses to a forward cover of a head and fix them by collars.
10. Install the ignition coil between covers of a head and fix it by bolts.
11. Establish the fuel highway and fuel nozzles.
12. Connect a negative wire of the accumulator. Start the engine and check tightness of connections.
