4. Weaken a pulley of the mechanism of a tension of a gear belt, turning a pulley the corresponding key of square section established in a pulley nave in the direction clockwise, and repeatedly tighten a bolt of fastening of a pulley. |
5. Remove the blocking core from a cam-shaft pulley. Take off a gear belt from a cam-shaft pulley. |

6. Unscrew a bolt of fastening of a pulley of a cam-shaft. For prevention of rotation of a cam-shaft when unscrewing a bolt it is necessary to record a pulley from a provorachivaniye the special tool. |
7. Remove a pulley from a cam-shaft. |

8. Remove the top and lower casings of a gear belt. |
9. If necessary shift a plait of wires. |
10. Support the engine by a jack and remove the right engine mount. |
11. Weaken a bolt of fastening of the mechanism of a tension of a back branch of a belt for what turn a pulley clockwise. |
12. Check that adjusting cores are in an opening of pulleys. Take off a gear belt from cam-shaft pulleys. |
13. If pulleys are removed without naves, unscrew three bolts of fastening and remove a pulley. |
14. If pulleys have to be removed with naves, then unscrew the central bolt of fastening of a nave. For prevention of rotation of a pulley of a cam-shaft it is necessary to use the special tool. |
15. Unscrew three bolts of fastening of a pulley and remove a pulley from a nave. Unscrew a bolt of fastening of a nave and remove a nave. Pay attention that naves are noted for identification by figure on the face. On models of engines 1.8 liters the cam-shaft nave, the managing director of inlet valves, is noted by figure "1", and the cam-shaft nave, the managing director of final valves, is noted by figure "2". On models of engines 2.0 liters the cam-shaft nave, the managing director of inlet valves, is noted by figure "3", and the cam-shaft nave, the managing director of final valves, is noted by figure "4". |
