3.1.14. Oil pump


1. Remove the oil pallet.
2. Unscrew two screws of fastening and uncover an asterisk a forward part of the oil pump.
3. Unscrew three bolts of fastening of the oil pump to the block of cylinders. Remove a chain from an asterisk of the pump and remove the oil pump. If necessary remove laying which is established under the pump.


1. Check an asterisk of the oil pump for wear. If the asterisk is worn-out, it is necessary to replace the oil pump since the asterisk separately is not delivered. In this case it is also recommended to replace a chain and the leading asterisk.
2. Unscrew bolts of fastening of an oil receiver to the pump.
3. Remove an oil receiver and take the safety valve and a spring.
4. Check a condition of rotors of the pump for wear signs. At wear of rotors the pump is subject to replacement.
5. Check the piston of the safety valve for signs of wear and if necessary replace. The condition of a spring can be estimated only comparing to a new spring. The safety piston and a spring are delivered as spare parts.
6. Clear the mesh filter of an oil receiver the corresponding solvent.
7. Establish a spring of the safety valve and the piston in an oil receiver. Install an oil receiver on the pump and fix by bolts.


1. Establish a pro-masonry plate and put on a chain a pump asterisk. Install the pump on the block of cylinders and fix by bolts.
2. Establish a cover of an asterisk of the oil pump.
3. Install the pallet.
4. Before start of the engine fill with oil the lubrication system. For this purpose remove the electric socket from a fuel nozzle and, turning a starter the engine, wait, the control bulb of pressure of oil will not go out yet. After that connect the socket to a fuel nozzle and start the engine.
